Riveroff Office House is not your typical office building – the DAM architects studio, which designed it, took care of that. Just one look and you'll know you're not in grey corporate land any longer. The building's main feature, a five-story tower, is no skyscraper, but it's nevertheless the highest structure on the campus. The original Prefa company center was designed by architect Kozák at the end of the 1960s, and the tower was the most imposing element then as well. Just like the Rivera and Port7 project, it will change the current look of this long forgotten place. Instead of an impersonal complex, Riveroff will be a unique multifunctional area with a friendly atmosphere that will include office space, studios, a hotel, a spa resort, and a marina.
